Dr. Liana Klejmont is the Clinical Pharmacy Specialist for the Division of Pediatric Hematology, Oncology, and Stem Cell Transplantation. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy summa cum laude from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, and went on to complete both her pharmacy practice residency and pediatric pharmacy residency programs at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, where her clinical focus was on pediatric oncology and stem cell transplantation. Prior to joining Westchester Medical Center in 2015, Dr. Klejmont served as Clinical Pharmacy Manager for Oncology and Pharmacotherapy Specialist for Pediatric Hematology/Oncology at NYU Langone Medical Center. Currently, Liana maintains academic appointments of Research Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and Instructor of Medicine at New York Medical College. Dr. Klejmont is board certified in Pharmacotherapy and Pediatric Pharmacy.
